We are currently looking to recruit to the post of Senior Customer Relations Officer, this post is crucial in our aim to improve practice and therefore the experience of children and families who receive a social care service from us. Predominantly you will be working with families who have complained about an element of provision, investigating their complaints, and finding resolutions. A key aspect of this role is supporting improvement in practice via identifying and supporting lessons learnt.
