Senior Commercial Officer

Description Ultra Precision Control Systems are looking for a Senior Commercial Officer, reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager. In this role you will actively support the winning and delivery of profitable business and provide commercial advice, support and governance to the business at all levels by ensuring the company contracts with customers and suppliers on terms that protect the Commercial interests of the business.Key Responsibilities:Drafting, review and negotiation of agreements including, but not limited to NDAs/PIAs, MoUs, LTAs, Agency Agreements, PDS, Teaming AgreementsEffective day-to-day management of customer contracts, including customer liaison and customer relationship management on contractual mattersAssist with the identification of commercial risk, develop and implement effective mitigation strategies and actions and report the risk and progress with mitigation strategies internallyProvide advice to Project, Operations and Procurement teams on contractual mattersSupport Operations and Project teams in the identification of contract change/scope creepDevelop and support the negotiation of flow down terms and conditions to SuppliersDatabase management uploading documents, creating new records for contracts and services and calculating payments and price adjustmentsLiaison with the Export Control teams to ensure compliance with regulation export control regulationsRequired Skills and Experience:Degree educated in a Business or related subject is essential.
