Associate Client Services Administrator

Based; Hove

£20,000

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Communicate directly with clients to request raw data
  • Send payment memos and submission confirmations to clients
  • Prepare data for client managers to check
  • Liaise with authorities around the world
  • Answer the switchboard, transfer calls and take and forward on messages
  • Work with the client manager to ensure compliance
  • Help monitor and understand a client's trading activity
  • Be part of a team responsible for meeting strict submission deadlines
  • Scan, save and send selected post to clients
  • Assist with post by translation (online)
  • Review and update information on the CRM system
  • Carry out ad-hoc admin tasks as required (e.g. completing bank account detail forms, preparing cheque request letters, )

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required Essential:

  • Experience of working effectively in an administrative/office-based environment (desirable)
  • Solid customer service focus and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Methodical, organised and confident working skills
  • Strong team working ethic and ability to work collaboratively
  • Demonstrated ability to readily follow defined systems, procedures and protocols
  • Demonstrated ability to operate Microsoft Office 365 Programs
