Customer Support Executive Location: Melton Mowbray

Salary : £19,000 - £24,000 per annum DOE Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (30-minute lunch) Permanent Vacancy Do you strive to deliver exceptional customer service? Flowers Associates are currently seeking a Customer Support Executive to take ownership of enquiries and the end-to-end order processes of several key customer accounts, ranging in many different sector products, providing exceptional customer service and ongoingsupport to all. This role would be ideal for an outgoing and resourceful administrator who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in, bringing new ideas to the table and going that extra mile for their clients. The Role: To provide strategic administrative support both internally and to several key customer accounts. The successful Customer Support Executive will be responsible for but not, limited to the following duties:

  • Set up and maintain client data including stock levels via the company’s online customer portal.
  • Process quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments.
  • Create and interpret customer activity reports.
  • Perform day to day banking including credit card analysis and month end reconciliation.
  • Support the busy office environment with ad-hoq duties required.
