Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an existing Registered or Newly Qualified Nurse to join an established Mental Health Community OPMH Team based at Havant Health Centre. Your main responsibilities as a Community Mental Health Nurse will include care coordination of service users, Duty Worker on rotation, initial and follow up assessments and supervision and mentorship of junior staff and students. Main duties of the job *To act as care co-ordinator to an agreed caseload of service users with severe and enduring mental illness including organic and functional illnesses*To undertake ongoing assessment, treatment and evaluation for service users known to the service.
