Customer Service and Despatch Associate

My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative or Sales Administrator to accurately process customer orders to support the Customer Service and Logistics department. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm and the permanent role is based in Trentham, Staffordshire. The role involves: - First point of contact for UK and International customers dealing with price / stock queries, orders, product enquiries and complaints. - Enter orders on to ERP System and review customer requirements with operations. - Ensure the orders are fulfilled and despatched in line with SLA’s. - Follow company processes for dealing with price changes, regulatory changes and complaints including liaising with the correct departments. - Maintain relationships with distributors and direct customers ensuring contracts and in-house systems are up to date and accurate. - Ensure CRM (SalesForce) and ERP systems are accurate and up to date. - Raise Purchase orders on ERP system and liaise with suppliers regarding delivery of raw materials. - Liaise with the Global Sales Team where needed and attend monthly meetings. - Experience within a customer service / account manager / sales administration role. - Experience liaising with warehouse/ supply chain teams - Organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines. - Excellent communication skills inc verbal, non-verbal and written communication. - Knowledge of ERP and CRM Systems is important and SalesForce experience is beneficial. - Maths & English GCSE C or above. - Driving license and own transport as the client operates between 2 sites in the Stoke on Trent area.
