This international medical equipment and technology business are looking to recruit a Junior Legal Counsel to support their European business. Part of global team, you will report into the General Counsel, and have a broad ranging role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Commercial Contracts mainly focusing on EU contracts
- The negotiation and drafting of sales and service contracts
- Legal risk reviews, analysis and recommendations
- Providing legal support on employment and property matters
- Corporate Governance
- Supporting other areas of the business as required

Requirements for the role:
- 2i Law Degree
- Qualified from a highly regarded firm or in house team
- 1 to 5 years post qualified corporate/commercial experience
- Understanding of data privacy and corporate governance matters

- Good integrity and commercial judgement.
- Project management skills
