Driver/ Warehouse Operative (for a small food store)

Gateshead

6 days a week between 8am-8pm off on Saturday (only be required to work 5 days per week)

A small food store is looking for a driver/warehouse operative which is based in Gateshead. It's 30/40 hours per week must be over 30 hours for insurance purpose on company vehicle.

The day to day duties will be:

  • inspect assigned route shift
  • load the delivery vehicle
  • sorting
  • receiving
  • shipping
  • restocking
  • ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner.

Job Type : Temp to perm

Salary : £10.00-£10.42 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gateshead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience :

  • Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
