The role is based out of their Leeds office providing remote 1st and 2nd line support to clients who are mostly local.
We are looking for someone who has experience with 365 licences, general fault finding, providing 1st and 2nd line fixes and be able to communicate with a varying audience.
There is some onsite support provided to client’s which travel is covered, but it does mean driving is essential.
