No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training and continued development!

The role:

You will be taking inbound calls from clients and transferring them to the correct person or department. You will also be calling clients who made an enquiry on our website for Private Medical Insurance (NOT COLD CALLING), your aim is to pass them over toa Sales Advisor who will discuss the options with them. For every call that is transferred and converted into a sale, you will receive £30 - £50 commission on top of your basic monthly wage - so the more calls transferred the better!

What you will receive:

  • £22,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission (£30,000 OTE)
