TENANCY ASSISTANT - 2 POSTS

Hull City Council are looking to recruit to the role of Tenancy Assistant within the Area Housing Team. We're looking for individauls who can play their part in actings as first point of contact for the councils delievry of front line services. This is a unique time to be joining the service as we look to develop our services for the benefit of residents and colleagues.The role itself is interesting, spanning across all functions with a mix of telephone based and back office tasks. Successful applicants will have a blend of good communication skills, has the ability to work as part of a team as well as indepentially, flexible in their apprach and has the abiity to problem solve. We would welcome applications from both full time and part time individuals.
