We have a new vacancy at our clients Heathrow branch for a Customer Service Administrator - Maternity Cover for 12 months minimum Job title: Customer Service Administrator - Express Reports to: Customer Service Manager - Express Overview To assist with the day to day operation of the Express Customer Services Department. The role will involve working as part of a team to provide comprehensive administrative support to the department. You will be responsible for handling customer requests, runningreports and effectively dealing with customer queries. Main accountabilities include: - Opening and resolving queries raised in relation to track and trace. - Running reports and tracking overseas Agents for information on deliveries to ensure on time performance. - Responding to customer requests for documentation. - Replying to customer's requests for shipment updates and providing accurate information. - Updating AMI's bespoke system with data relating to tracking. - Any other reasonable requests. Qualifications and Experience: - A high level of customer service skills. - Good and accurate data entry skills. - Good attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills both written & verbal. - Knowledge of MS Office - including outlook and excel. - Ability to work on own initiative, and experience of troubleshooting. - Team Player. - Completion of Aviation Security Certificate Level CO - Training provided. - Ideally some kind of Logistics experience, particulary Air Freight 1 year Maternity Cover Salary £22,500 Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:30
