An exciting opportunity for a seasoned Cyber Security Manager to join a leading transportation organisation in South Wales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the organisation's information security standards.
Client Details The organisation is a high-profile public sector entity in the transport sector.
Description Develop and implement effective security policies and procedures Perform the day-to-day risk assessment and compliance duties Provide regular reports to senior management on security threats and propose solutions Lead and coordinate cyber security projects Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to information security Manage relationships with external security vendors and consultants Train and mentor staff in cyber security best practices Conduct regular system audits to detect vulnerabilities Profile Relevant academic qualifications in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience in IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Strong knowledge of security standards and regulations (NIST, ISO27001, etc.)
