Reed Financial Services is currently working with a well established financial services company, based near Chelmsford.

Due to on-going expansion, they are seeking a a new Operations Administrator to join their expanding team for an office based role providing admin support within the Operations team of an IFA.

Key responsibilities involve producing annual review information, arranging client transactions and performing admin responsibilities within in the Operations department. Full training will be provided and the opportunity for sponsored financial servicesrelevant exams.

Responsibilities :

  • Annual Review Packs
  • Supporting the Advisers by providing them with up to date client information for Annual Reviews
  • Writing up adviser recommendations, submitting fund switches
  • Client Transactions
  • Creating Illustrations
  • Money Laundering checks and producing ML Certificates (MLC)
  • Produce Transaction Confirmation letters
  • Dealing with associated Client queries
  • Ad Hoc
  • Calling clients to book appointments / adding to diary
  • Other general administrative duties - eg writing letters

Essential Skills

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Back Office Systems - particularly Intelliflo
  • Experience within the Financial Services Industry
