NonStop Consulting is looking to recruit an Incident and Problem Analyst for a reputable government department, available for hybrid work on an initial 6 months contract with potential extension.

This Public Sector authority is looking for a well-versed Incident and Problem Analyst able to manage the end to end lifecycle of high priority Incidents.

Essential criteria :

  • SC Clearance must be Active and SOLE British National
  • Previous Incident and Problem Management experience
  • Experience working within an ITIL framework
  • Experience with Enterprise level reporting tools such as Power BI
