This Public Sector authority is looking for a well-versed Incident and Problem Analyst able to manage the end to end lifecycle of high priority Incidents.

Essential criteria :

SC Clearance must be Active and SOLE British National
Previous Incident and Problem Management experience
Experience working within an ITIL framework
Experience with Enterprise level reporting tools such as Power BI
