Main Purpose This role required entering and analyzing data for reports.
Also ensures that all safety protocols are strictly adhered to, minimizing the possibility of accidents for our employees and subcontractors.
Additionally coordinates personnel within the terminals and provides HSE trainings/talks.

Promotes a Safety-First Culture Knowledge Skills And Abilities, Key Responsibilities - Ensure HSE expectations are clearly communicated and understood by everyone on site.
- IMAS Coordinator (Impala Energy Infrastructure Terminal Security Management System).
- Act as HSE internal auditor.
Oversee that all Element Coordinators maintain the highest possible standard of HSE.
- Identify, eliminate and control hazardous conditions that can cause injuries and/or property damage using safety standards, best management practices and analytical techniques.
- Be responsible for the effectiveness of those HSE strategies to achieve the expected results - Be a member of the CDS of the site management team and CSSO of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee, and a stakeholder in the business of the site, rather than an advisor/consultant/service provider to management.
- Comply with the provisions of IMAS (Impala Energy Infrastructure Terminals Safety Management System), as coordinator and responsible for the elements of the system.
Other responsibilities include: - Manage daily activities related to injury management and workers' compensation, if applicable.
- Develop and conduct training on the ISPS Code, local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain all required safety-related site documentation, i.e.
incident reports, inspection reports, training records.
- Perform workplace analysis, determine employee exposure, and institute safe work procedures.
- Perform daily safety inspections, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct incident investigations and facilitate return to work program.

Others Experience: - Engineering or college degree (preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in terminal operations (cargo operations, marine operations, tank operations) preferred - Knowledge of industry practices and standards (i.e., API, ISO 9000, among others).

Strong knowledge of terminal operations and procedures (preferred) Good written and communication skills Customer-oriented mind English proficiency at least 60% Degree in Engineering (Safety, Mechanical, Industrial, etc) or related field.
