What you will do We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor’s to handle orders over the telephone, joining the team to help with our pre-Christmas peak. All the calls are inbound so everyone you speak to wants to engage with us. Once you’ve handled our customer’s order, you’ll promote a special offer too. Who are we looking for? Our team come from various employment backgrounds, but they all have one thing in common. They were all recruited as they demonstrated great communication and listening skills and an ability to build rapport. If you’re naturally warm and friendly, motivated and keen to deliver a great customer experience, this could be the role for you. Our Contact Centre is open from 8am to 8pm every day of the week so we can offer a degree of flexibility. You'll be required to work a Saturday or a Sunday with some 8pm finishes per week.
