Franchise Administrator

We are recruiting for a Franchise Administrator to join our Harrogate based client to cover a 12 month maternity cover with the potential to go permanent.

Your main objective will be to complete daily banking and franchise accounting tasks in order to achieve a monthly target of paying franchise commission and completing month end.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve problems relating to Franchisee accounts.
  • Check and prepare monthly franchise statements and pre-payments.
  • Pay Franchisee Commission.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Franchisee’s for any finance related queries.
  • Franchise statements reconciliation.
  • Enter all payments/receipts on to the bank (B04, STR, B01).
  • Payment/receipts import to Sage.
  • Reconcile all bank accounts and prepare bank reports.

  • Deliver tasks with a focus on quality and quantity.
  • Manage, organise and update relevant data/records as required.
  • Interpret instructions and issues arising and respond appropriately according to policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change or development.

This is a full time, office based role working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm offering a salary of £23k!
