What you will be doing You will join a brand-new team at our step-down care come, where you will work together to provide care for people with acute mental health conditions. Whether you have been a Support Worker or a Care Worker, you will utilise your experience to support peopleto lead a valued and fulfilled life.

Spring House is a new 6 bed home with individual apartments for people with a learning disability or autism, who are stepping down from a hospital service and is ready to transition into the community for more independent living. This new service will openedin April 2021
