Our client, due to experiencing rapid growth, is seeking a HR Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end people management function.


This opportunity is ideal for an established HR manager or someone ready for the next step in their HR career and grow with the business as it scales.


  • Supporting people managers and leaders across IMS Euro to build and maintain a high-performance culture
  • Management of all elements of the employee-lifecycle entry to exit, effectively using the HRIS system to support processes and compliance
  • Ownership of the recruitment processes across IMS, supporting & advising, using Teamtailor effectively to create a great candidate experience.
  • Working with key stakeholders to develop IMS’s employer branding, building talent pipelines and reducing spend and reliance on agencies.
  • Managing external partners, consultants and suppliers who contribute to the people elements of the business.
  • Overseeing all employee relations processes in the organisation, ensuring that people managers are supported to manage processes fairly and compliantly.
  • Ownership of the employee engagement & culture activities and action plans. Supporting the people manager to drive change and improvement in the organisation.
  • Ensuring compliance within HR and some elements of health and safety across the team, ensuring that good records are kept and that risks are managed.
  • Ownership of the HR KPIs, working with people managers and leaders to target issues and create plans to enhance people metrics across IMS.
  • Working with people managers to create learning and development plans for their teams, supporting the appraisal process and implementing a culture of continual learning across the business.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Benefits + Progression
