Role Overview:

The HR Manager will serve as the right-hand person to the HR Director, handling a variety of HR functions. This is a hands-on role that involves ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes across the site.

  • Managing employee relations and providing guidance to managers and staff.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Day to day management of the HR team, coordinating and delivering training programs to support employee development.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Senior HR role with some management/direct report responsibility, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
  • CIPD Level 5 Is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
