About The Role : Summary.

Reporting directly into the Group Head of Human Resources. The HR Apprentice will work within the HR Operations Team and provide general HR Administration support to the HR Team while learning the dynamics of the world of HR in an established team. This is a great first step into HR where the role will gain an insight and exposure into the full HR arena.

What you'll be doing

  • General administration for the HR team
  • Management of the HR Inboxes
  • Support with Right to Work checks team.
  • Liaise with our occupational health as and when we have the need.
  • Maintenance of our staff induction programme for all new starters within the business
  • Assistance with the upkeep of our policies and procedures
  • Help with the maintenance of our internal dashboards
  • Support with running and generating reports.
  • General administration for our ER Advisors
  • General administration support to our onboarding team
  • Support to our Shared Service Manager, ER Manager, Head of HR and HR Director
  • Assistance with our TUPE administration
  • Any additional duties as and when required
