HR Analyst and Payroll Administrator

Do you have a HR background with exposure to HR and payroll? Our client, a global, innovative, service delivery company based near Heathrow airport is looking to strengthen their HR team with the addition of a HR and Payroll Administrator. This is a new role as a result of continued growth thus it is an exciting timeto join the organisation and the HR team as a whole. The role will sit within the HR team and is a data driven role managing and updating the Time Management system to ensure the correct hours, overtime and absences are uploaded as well as liaising with employees, managers and payroll over any queries anddiscrepancies producing timely reports and support around the absence management policy. This is a highly administrative role requiring a methodical and proactive approach with good attention to detail to address and identify time management and payroll issuesas well as excellent communication skills, liaising with stakeholders and contributing to the high standards of the HR employee experience. As well as the core responsibilities the role also offers the opportunity to get involved in ad hoc HR projects as they arise. Key responsibilities: - Manage and update the Time Management system on payroll matters - Identify and investigate Time Management and Payroll queries or discrepancies - Create a highly professional first point of contact service for internal colleagues around Time Management - Work with Mangers and senior stakeholders producing HR analysis to influence HR policy - Liaise effectively across the business resolving any time management, absence management and payroll queries - Support ad hoc projects
