Your new company We are currently working on behalf of a retail business based in Belfast to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a temporary contract basis for an initial period of 6 months. Your new role Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for a range of duties including:

  • Process pays related changes and finalise payroll for weekly/monthly paid colleagues
  • Process pension information and deductions in line with agreed timelines
  • Cross check processed payroll against original input
  • Advise payroll company of required changes
  • Input agreed pay rate changes
  • Secure sign off on agreed documentation
