Hotel Receptionist

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting our many guests. Your duties will also include:

  • Greeting guests as they arrive
  • Checking guests in and out of our system
  • Ensure housekeeping staff know which rooms have arrivals and departures
  • Giving guests their keys
  • Deal with complaints and room moves
  • Ensure the reception area is always clean and tidy
  • Take payments
  • Take bookings
  • Allocate rooms
  • Must have computer knowledge
  • Answer the telephone
  • Maintain confidentiality with our guests
  • Print off booking information
  • Print invoices
  • Follow rooming lists

For this role we expect you to have excellent communication skills, you must be customer focuses and organised. You must be able to handle pressure, also you must be friendly and hard working.
