They are seeking a dedicated and experienced HUC Service Delivery Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of offshore hook-up and commissioning activities for new installations and modifications to existing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, resolving any technical issues that arise.
Ensure all hook-up activities are completed in accordance with engineering designs, specifications, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with engineering teams to review and approve construction plans and modifications.
Conduct safety and quality audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are within approved limits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in project management or offshore construction (e.g., PMP, API, or similar) are advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
Proven track record of successfully managing offshore hook-up and commissioning projects.
