Valetor required at Main Dealer in Wakefield.

• Basic salary varies / National living wage.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-5. Saturdays are on a rota basis.

Our client, an Independently owned Main Dealer business in the Wakefield area, are seeking an experienced Valetor to join the team.

The successful Valetor will have a proven track record within a Valetor role. This Valetor position will be a perfect fit for someone who enjoys working in an active, physical role, has meticulous attention to detail and is a fantastic team player.

As a Valetor, you will be responsible for washing and cleaning cars to a professional and high standard for our client’s customers, ensuring all the vehicles are presented in sparkling condition.

Day-to-day duties as a Valetor include :

• Cleaning sold and stock vehicles to a high standard.
• Using an online diary system to manage vehicle schedule.
• Cleaning vehicles externally with a high-powered pressure washer.
• Using a high-powered vacuum to clean and shampoo vehicle interiors.
• Working with a polishing/buffing machine to enhance bodywork.
• Complying with health and safety procedures while working with chemicals.
• Making sure that all equipment and machinery is properly maintained and secure at all times, reporting any defects and complying with manufacturers' instructions and PPE recommendations.
• Working to set time frames and targets.
• Using an online diary system to manage vehicle schedule.
• Completing a daily record of work completed.
• Other duties to support the branch as required.
