We have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join Brooklands College’s Catering and Hospitality team. We are looking for somebody to assist the food and Beverage manager in the management of the Commercial aspect of the catering departmentincluding the Restaurant, Brooks café and internal and external events.
The successful post holder will be required to work a flexible working week to cover changing operational requirements, which would involve evening work.
