A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly global professional services company working within their Operations Team. You will be responsible for providing general logístical and administrative support, including scheduling workshops, uploading / launching new projects, and managing workshop logistics such as shipping IT, ordering materials, booking hotels, etc. - You will also be responsible for providing customer service support including setting up and managing virtual sessions on Zoom and MS Teams, providing live in-session support such a running polls, moving participants to break-out rooms, assisting withtechnical issues etc. You will support scheduling and contribute to post session debriefs. The company are looking for an organised, analytical person with the capability of working on multiple projects simultaneously, ideally someone who is looking for their entry role in to the Project Management profession. You will be a great relationship builder, provide good customer service and be an independent and creative thinker. You will need to be digitally savvy, ideally with experience of using Zoom / MS Teams, and with strong MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PP)skills. This role would suit someone with some customer service / operations or project experience who is looking to join an exciting company, or it may be suitable for a recent graduate with strong people / organisation skills. The company is offering hybrid working, with at least 2 days a week in the office, they're generally looking at a 60/40% work from home / in office split. The company provides all you need to work from home, laptops, etc.
