Job Description : Customer Service Coordinator

Mid Devon

£25k - £28k Permanent I have an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected developer in Devon. Working as a Customer Service Coordinator you will be working within a team of coordinators and Technicians and report to the Customer Service Manager.

Experience and attributes needed :

  • Customer Service experience ideally within new homes but not essential- Able to work in a fast paced and at times stressful environment, whilst remaining calm and patient with customers- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a methodical manner- Excellent Communication skills both written and spoken- Strong IT skills including, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel- Team player and eager to learn In return the company can offer a competitive starting salary and benefits package :
