HR Assistant - Aylesbury Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a experienced HR Assistant for our client based in Aylesbury. Hours : 7am

7pm (8 hours a day flexible hours) Salary :£26,000 - £28,000 (DOE) Duties :
Onboarding new starters (offer letters, contracts, references)
Completing inductions for all new starters
Managing internal staff relations and where required supporting the HR manager to deal with disagreements, complaints, and grievances.
Scheduling training for managers
Supporting any HR improvements
Assisting the Finance team with monthly overtime timesheets
Making sure all staff and managers are aware of deadlines

Requirements :

Previous HR experience
Interested in becoming CIPD qualified
Positive approach to work, people and challenges
