Job overview This role is to provide professional leadership and strategic direction to support and promote the effective deployment of the Psychological Professionals workforce in delivering high quality services across the Trust. They will provide visible, accessible professional and clinical leadership at corporate levels to support Trust aims. Main duties of the job To provide professional leadership for Psychological Professionals in the Trust To work with the Director of Therapies in strategic planning to enable the Psychological Professionals workforce to support the Trust’s vision and deliver its strategic outcomes. To support Divisional Leads in ensuring consistency of performance and working practice across clinical services. To ensure therapy resources are deployed in the most effective way, ensuring a psychology offer that is sustainable within the current resources To provide visible, accessible professional and clinical leadership at corporate levels to support Trust aims To deputise for the Director of Therapies alongside the Trust Lead AHP Working for our organisation This post is an internal opportunity for an existing Divisional Psychology Lead.
