Title: Head of Post Completion - Risk & Compliance
Location: Home working with national travel to offices
Salary: £60,000
A leading, national firm that specialises in Residential Conveyancing are currently looking for an individual with extensive Post Completion experience and regulatory operations management experience to head up their busy Post Completions department. This firm are incredibly client-focused and pride themselves on using the best technology on the market to ensure an excellent service. This use of technology now allows for the firm to employ Conveyancing professionals to work either from the office or completely from home.
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the maintenance, development, performance, and review of the Post Completion process. You will be managing a team and working closely with the Operations Director and other heads of department, focussing on continuous improvement. This role will not include any case handling responsibilities and would suit a highly experienced Conveyancer who has a strong background in regulatory operations management and compliance and strong Post Completion transactional experience. A fundamental part of this role will be report writing so experience of reporting on risk and recommendations is essential. Due to the blend of home working and travel to offices in this role you will need a driving license and access to your own your own vehicle.

You will have :
- Qualification is not essential but a strong background in regulatory operations management and compliance as well as strong Post Completion transactional experience is needed
- Experience of reporting on risk and recommendations
- Experience of working closely with the Government Land Registry
- Experience of claims and complaint handling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to rapid business changes and conflicting priorities
- Driving license and access to your own vehicle
