Employer Responsive Provision (ERP) Manager

Hours; Full time (37hrs per week, all year round),

Salary; £36,432 per annum

Location; Cross College role, Rotherham and North Notts (with subsidised travel)

About the Role

As the Employer Responsive Provision Manager will be responsible for ensuring the implementation, development and ongoing development of an innovative and highly responsive offer of provision which meets the needs of employers using all available fundingand commercial training solutions appropriate.

You will manage the Distance Learning and appropriate Commercial Employer Responsive Teams, raising the profile of the Distance Learning and employer responsive offers for both employers and the general public, both with in the local regions that the Groupoperates and beyond through implementation of innovative teaching and learning methodology that raises the profile of the provision and maintains current high levels of quality and outcomes for learners.

The Employer Responsive Provision Manager will be responsible contributing to the development of an Employer Responsive training strategy, coordinating all classroom-based and employer-based training (excluding apprenticeship and traineeship activity) inclose partnership with Curriculum areas across the group, to ensure employers receive timely and high-quality vocational expertise from the Group.

You will

You will be able to evidence strong management and development of a successful multi-sector employer responsive curriculum offer, and teaching, learning and assessment in a Further Education (public or private sector) context.

You will hold a Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE equivalent) and ideally you will possess a degree or equivalent level and a teaching qualification. You may hold additional qualifications such as IT Skills and be able to demonstrate and strongcommitment to CPD (Continuous Professional Development).

Department Info

You will report to the Director of Adult Education and Contracts and manage the bid and contracts teams. You will attend appropriate management meetings, playing a pro-active role.

You will work on driving forwards our strategic priorities ensuring all activities contribute to an FE Self-Assessment for 2021/22 of at least Good and Outstanding by Academic Year 22/23.
