Package and benefits of a Customer Service Advisor :

  • Salary : £20,800 per annum + £500 bonus after 3 months
  • Hours :Permanent, 40 hours per week. Monday - Sunday between 8am - 8pm
  • Shifts : On-site in the Bristol City Centre office for just 3 months, working from home after 3 months is optional
  • Location :Bristol City Centre / WFH

Key skills of a Customer Service Advisor :

  • You are passionate about delivering an exceptional level of customer service, with a "can do" attitude and in a professional manner
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written to explain policies and processes and to write clearly, succinctly and correctly
  • Proven IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office packages
  • You are a motivated self-starter who can adapt to the needs of an operation
  • You thrive from working in a collaborative environment, working effectively in a team to meet personal, team and organisational targets
  • Good organisational skills including the ability to meet deadlines, working productively and accurately in a high-pressure environment
