Role Profile: NRSWA Co-ordinator
Purpose
NRSWA Co-ordinator - to permit works on the highway, manage works in line with legislation, co-ordinate & liaise with Civils teams & management, and to ensure that site crews have correct & up-to-date information. Reporting to Streetworks Supervisor.
Key Accountabilities / Business Accountabilities
٠ NRSWA Permitting inc. planning & raising and opening / closing in line with legislation. Permit management.
٠ Reinstatement Registrations & co-ordination
٠ Existing Services / Safe Digs drawings
٠ Communication - Internal - Civils teams, project managers & civils managers, planners, health & safety, technical team & commercial.
External - Delivery partners, Highway Authorities, TM Suppliers, and Members of public
٠ NRWSA Reports - producing daily & weekly trackers and performance reports.
Education and Experience
Required
٠ 1 years industry experience
٠ Proven track record in Streetworks
٠ Degree preferred but relevant skills and experience will also be considered
٠ A strong communicator, who possesses good organisational and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with people at all levels

٠ A person who is driven to deliver, a ‘can do’ achiever who can take the initiative to see changes through to delivery
٠ Knowledge of the New Roads & Street Works Act & Additional Education/Experience
٠ Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word)
٠ Previous use of permitting systems - Symology Insight & Street Manager
٠ Preferred but not essential as full training will be provided - Symology Aurora & Skewb OPUS
٠ Experience of working in a customer service environment
