OverviewHYGIENE OPERATIVE - Merston SITE - DAY SHIFT£22,176You would be working as follows:Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & SundayWeek 2 - Wednesday & ThursdayWe operate a shift pattern covering nights from 6AM to 6PM, Due to further demands for our products, we have opportunities for Hygiene Operatives to work within our state of the art manufacturing facility. Our Hygiene Operatives play a key role in ensuring our production facilities run efficiently by minimizing downtime between each production run. Although no previous experience is required, we do look for people who can work effectively at pace to minimize downtime and are able to do some manual handling. ResponsibilitiesPRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:To clean down all production machinery after each production run is completed in compliance with our Food hygiene and factory standards ensuring our productions lines are compliant and ready for the next order schedule.Maintain high hygiene standards around the machine areas to maintain Food and Operator safety.Chemical washing of Production machinery and surrounding areasSafe and careful handling of cleaning chemicalsOperating and maintaining hygiene equipmentMaintaining accurate and up to date hygiene records in accordance with company proceduresFull training is provided and will include:Chemical HandlingManual HandlingSafe Systems at workEquipment Training QualificationsNatures Way Foods began in 1994, when the Langmead brothers set up a small, bagged salad operation.
