Location: Caerphilly and surrounding areas Full-time: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm Daily Rate: £157.66 Immediate Start Key Responsibilities: Lesson Planning: Design and deliver inclusive lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Student Assessment: Organise and evaluate students' work while monitoring their social interactions in the classroom. Learning Environment: Create and maintain a safe and conducive atmosphere for effective learning. Progress Monitoring: Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and meticulously record achievements. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting, ideally gained during university studies. Student Engagement: Ability to connect with students, manage diverse learning needs, and provide one-on-one support for challenging behaviours. Strategic Support: Proficiency in employing various strategies to enhance student progress. Interpersonal Skills: Strong patience, empathy, and resilience in interactions with students. Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities, effective time management, and the capability to prioritise tasks.
