The Impact You'll Make


In this leadership role, you'll oversee all aspects of our Academy's education provision. You'll create a world-class learning environment that equips our aspiring footballers with the skills and qualifications they need to thrive, both in their sporting careers and beyond. This includes:


  • Leading the Development of Future Leaders: Implement best practices and strategies to ensure our education program meets the Premier League's Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) requirements.
  • Building a Culture of Excellence: Foster a dynamic learning environment where students are empowered to achieve their full potential.
  • Leading a Dedicated Team: Provide expert guidance and support to our education team, fostering a collaborative spirit to deliver exceptional teaching and learning experiences.
  • Building Strong Partnerships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with partner schools, parents, and external stakeholders.


Are You the Inspirational Leader We're Looking For?


We're seeking a passionate and experienced educator with a proven track record of success. Here's what sets you apart:


  • A demonstrable history of raising educational standards and achieving outstanding outcomes, within a professional sports environment
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team of educators in a school or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills.
  • A deep understanding of the Premier League's Education Quality Standards and EPPP requirements.
  • A passion for sport and a commitment to developing well-rounded young people.
