Technical Specialist

What you’ll be doing Provide the technical direction for the build, delivery and maintenance of world class secure platforms. Be hands-on in all aspects of the design, build, deployment and support of customer facing systems. Employ and adapt industry-leading techniques and best practices to suit customer challenges. Work within existing monitoring, observability and security frameworks to achieve our customer’s requirements. You’ll definitely Have RHEL expertise Have Shell scripting experience Be capable with monitoring tools integration including SNMP MiB gathering/custom polling, syslog. Be able to use North Bound Interface (NBI) with ability to manipulate data in and out of the application Have experience of data collection and filtering (e.g. awk, grep), along with PowerShell as required for scripting Have experience of installation and integration of large scale Network Management applications installed upon RHEL You might even Have knowledge of containerisation/VM and some view of Kubernetes etc. Have experience in Alcatel or Nokia management applications.
