Your new Company Hays Recruitment have been retained by a highly reputable, family run main contractor in their recruitment of an experienced Estimator. Established over 40 years ago, my client has undertaken and successfully delivered an impressive range of projects in thepublic, private, commercial, heritage & residential sectors across Northern Ireland. Operating with a turnover of over £7m, the company maintains a strong presence in the construction industry in NI. Due to increased workload, they now require an Estimatorto be based in their commercial team. Your new Role You will assist in analytical cost estimates and tenders, from receipt of enquiry to tender submission on a variety of large scale build projects ranging up to £8m working on forms of contract NEC and JCT. You will be expected to manage projects efficientlyand report price variations effectively. This is an office based role so you will not be required to travel to the UK What you will need to succeed What you will get in return You will be provided with a competitive basic salary, as well as an attractive pension package.
