Registered Fostering Manager - Outstanding Ofsted

Salary range: £50,000 - £60,000 Nonstop Care is working with an independent fostering agency, in the West Midlands, who is looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their Independent Fostering Agency on a permanent basis. They are a well-established IFA that focus on Children with Disabilities. They work therapeutically and have an Outstanding Ofsted rating so you can be assured you will be a joining an agency that runs smoothly and has an incredibly child centred approach. Ensuring the agency and its employees maintain the highest standards of care, including responsibility for the overall Ofsted rating. Management and implementation of policies and quality assurance standards, including fostering business plans. Requirements: Experience in upper-level management, preferably as head of fostering or in a similar role. Registration with Social Work England (SWE). Driver's license. A deep commitment to supporting foster carers and families in providing the best possible support. This role will fill up quickly so don't delay your application!
