To be considered for the role you will require the following: At least 18 months experience in an IT recruitment consultant or IT internal recruiter role Some knowledge of back office processes and procedures used within a recruitment company eg the function of the accounts department, etc Good knowledge of compliance procedures used within the recruitment industry, onboarding and reference management
