Graduate Sales and Account Executive

Upto £30,000 Base, OTE £42,000

Based in either Manchester or Enfield - Possible Hybrid working arrangement

Our exciting new client, with over 30 offices in Northern Europe and the USA are currently recruiting for Graduate Account Executives to be based in either their Enfield or Manchester office.

With more than 750 employees and 250,000 daily users in northern Europe and United States of America,our client can offer effective guidance in everything from 3D modelling and simulation to PLM (Product LifecycleManagement),BIM (Building Information Modelling)andhow to maximise the potential of yourproject.

Overview : This is a proactive role and you will be responsible for responding to incoming enquires and actively targeting our clients non-key account customers to develop new business opportunities within these companies, as well aseffectivelymanaginganexistingcustomerbase.

You will be responsible for developing a trusted working relationship with our clients customers that will deliver value to their business which will result in the generation of additional Revenue and Gross Profit from products and service sales.

Activities :

  • CDC/Inside Sales and Customer service
  • New Business Development
  • Liaising with the UK AEC and UKIT team in ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identifying business issues and working with the team on the best way of developing these into a solution that adds value to the customer
  • Generating & maintaining a healthy pipeline of business
  • Developing an understanding of our clients key solution offerings and engaging with customers on how these could benefit their business

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

  • Excellent communication skills are essential along with energy and enthusiasm
  • Curiosity about what the customer does, the problems they are experiencing along with good questioning and investigation skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in pressure situations
  • Attention to detail is a must when undertaking any instruction
  • Ability to embrace and present new and emerging technologies to clients
  • Experience of using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution
  • Time Management & Planning skills
  • Creativity and logical problem-solving skills
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Self motivated and ambitious
  • Ability to work remotely and in an office and engage using platforms such as MS Teams
  • Experience of selling in a technical/technology environment - desirable but not essential
