You will be supporting and working closely with managers to ensure that day to day tasks are completed and that the high standards of DO & CO are portrayed to our partners. You will engage with the DO & CO Family to ensure all departments are well informed and reports are communicated efficiently and in a timely manner. As a Senior Finance Administrator, you will have a passion for numbers and expose yourself to all situations in order to improve your experience and grow within the Finance department. You will have experience in, and the drive to, implement significant process improvement through the use of existing and new technology.What will you be doing? Processing invoices, resolving missed payments, updating financial records, and effectively supervising staff engaged in similar activities.Collaborate with account managers to establish new customer accounts and customize invoicing according to their specific requirements.Maintaining the billing systemGenerating invoices and account statementsPerforming account reconciliationsMaintaining accounts receivable files and recordsProducing monthly financial and management reportsInvestigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiriesAssisting in general financial management and analysis, including working closely with Financial Accounting and ControllingCarry out and support with validation of information provided by the operations team before invoicingMaintaining, with accuracy, all the data input in the client billing systemsInvestigate queries raised by internal and external customersTimely and professional reply to internal and external customer requestsMaintaining good working relationships with all DO & CO Family members as well as our partners and other stakeholdersTaking responsibility for all your actions, support your team, and celebrate successes as a familyQualifications3+ years’ experience working in an accounting, billing, or accounts receivable departmentAssociate’s or bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or business managementIntegrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacyFamiliarity with financial, accounting, and bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, Analytical skillsOrganizational skillsStrong financial skills and understanding of financial concepts and business principlesTime and process management, including the ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deadlines, set priorities, and work under pressureAccuracy and attention to detailPassion for high-end cuisine, love for food and motivation to deliver exceptional serviceWell presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team successMeticulous attention to detail and precise record keeping skillsBuild strong relationships with colleagues, mentoring and motivating, creating a team spirit, encouraging them to be at their bestYou are a clear and engaging communicator, strong written and verbal English, and will use a variety of methods to keep the DO & CO Family well informedHighly proficient in excel with excellent working knowledge of accounting software packages and the ability to handle and integrate complex data sources, both manual and electronicAdditional InformationWe believe that our employees are the driving force behind our success and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
