What you’ll be doing as a recruitment consultant :

  • Producing adverts.
  • Upkeep of database records.
  • Delivering and closing offers.
  • Handling objections.

Key Attributes of a trainee recruitment consultant :

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Driven to hit personal and team targets.
  • Career ambition.
  • A degree preferred but not essential.
  • Sales/commercial experience.
  • Well organised.
  • Money motivated.
