Field Service Engineer- South East

Service Engineer £30,000 to £40,000 plus Van, Overtime & Benefits South East Engineering A capital equipment manufacturing company are looking for a two Service Engineers to cover the South East. You will be responsible for conducting servicing, calibration and installation of food processing machinery. You will have a strong engineering backgroundwith experience of working food processing equipment and metal detection machinery. As a Service Engineer your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of. - Responsible for calibration & validation of foreign body detection equipment (including X-ray, metal detectors and check weighers). - Conducting on-site electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs. - Completion of retail compliant upgrades to existing equipment on customer sites. - Handle on site customer queries in a fair and courteous manner. - Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with the Company procedures. - To be part of the on-call standby and weekend rota system. - Undertake training on a variety of machinery to support clients needs and demands.
