Warehouse Team Leader (Enhanced MHE) North Tawton Do you have experience in a Warehouse environment? Do you have a Forklift Licence? If YES we want to hear from you!! The position involves: Operation of counterbalance and reach truck. Loading and unloading vehicles. Completing checks for goods in and equipment. Picking and preparing orders. Directing a team of operatives on a daily basis, dealing with problems as they arise and escalating when required. Completing various checks in the warehouse, on individuals, on MHE and equipment. Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy. Essential Skills required: Reach and counterbalance licence is essential. Ideally previous experience of working within a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. Experience with MHE Good communication and team working skills. Attention to detail is essential. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment. Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Ability to work on own initiative. Why Gregory Distribution? Basic salary for Warehouse Team Leader with enhanced MHE of £30,856pa, based on Monday Friday. Hours of work are: 07:00hrs - 17:00hrs. 9.5 hours worked per shift.
