We are looking for a Corporate Commercial Paralegal to support a dynamic team of lawyers in delivering top-tier legal services to a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities: As a Corporate Commercial Paralegal , your role will include: Assisting solicitors and partners with a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements. Conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and drafting contracts. Supporting with due diligence exercises, including reviewing and summarising contracts, company records, and other documents. Managing client correspondence and ensuring a high level of client care throughout the transaction process. Assisting with the preparation of board resolutions, minutes, and Companies House filings. Supporting the team with administrative tasks and managing case files efficiently. What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Prior experience working as a paralegal in a corporate or commercial law setting. A strong academic background, preferably with a law degree or equivalent legal qualification. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents. A proactive and professional attitude, with a desire to learn and develop your legal expertise.
