About the Role

Seeking DV-Cleared IT Support Engineers (at all levels). Responsbilities as follows:

• You will join their team of multi-talented, experienced engineers working together to resolve engineers problems and incidents to make sure their clients' get the return they need on their technology investments.
• You will provide first and second hand level technical support on incidents and problems
• Able to work to ITIL best practises

Experience/ Skills required

We are looking for people with either a foundation or in-depth knowledge of one or more:

• Wintel
• Virtualisation
• Unix
• Storage and Backup
• Desktop
